How do I look up a loss cost on WSRB.com?

1. Log in to WSRB.com with your user name and password.

2. Hover your cursor over "Loss Cost" and select "Risk Search."

3. You'll see the Loss Cost Look Up screen:

4. Make the selections at the top regarding Limit of Insurance (LOI) Filing and Rule 85. The website will automatically default to "My company has adopted Limit of Insurance (LOI) Filing" and "My company has adopted Rule 85 in effect as of October 1, 2010." If you have questions about what your company has adopted, you'll need to ask the appropriate person within your company. Unfortunately, WSRB does not have information on what your company has adopted.

5. You have three search options: Risk No. Search, Map Search and Advanced Search.

6. If you have the risk number, it's often the easiest search method to use because it returns the result for the specific property. Enter the risk number in the box and click on "Search." Results will appear as shown

7. Click on "Report Available," and the PDF report will download automatically. If you don't see the PDF, check your browser's "Downloads" folder.

Please note: to get your reports, you will need to disable pop-up blockers.

1. If you don't have the risk number, use Map Search. Enter the street address and city into the box and click "Locate." Do not use suite, apartment or other unit numbers. For example, for 2101 4th Ave., Suite 300, Seattle, WA 98121, enter "2101 4th Ave., Seattle, 98121." Results will include a map and appear as shown below.

2. Click on "Report Available," and the PDF report will download automatically. If you don't see the PDF, check your browser's "Downloads" folder.

Map search will return only one result for the address. It may not return the result you are looking for. In that case, use advanced search, which is at the bottom of the screen.

1. Click on the + next to "Advanced Search."

3. You'll see a list of all the available reports for addresses matching your search criteria. To see more detail about an address, click on the + next to it. Results will appear as shown below.

4. Once you locate the property you're searching for, click on "Report Available," and the PDF report will download automatically. If you don't see the PDF, check your browser's "Downloads" folder.
